Also good service at my local branch here in Camden but an especial shout-out today - the busiest, last posting day before Christmas. The staff were all very fast and efficient and cheery - Mr Hussein served me twice over a lot of different parcels and letters and was very patient. Thank you!

They are supposed to do Evri packageless returns. The guy on the counter was very sharp and unhelpful, refusing to accept my packageless return. I tried to explain and show him, but he just talked loudly over me. Very poor service.

Absolutely hateful and racist towards customers. Any post office I go to can issue Western union without me needing to fill in a form but this particular post office refused to help me, won't assist in filling out form as I can't do it myself where as any other establishment that offers western union is more than happy to help. All asian staff and are not open to hiring anyone else.

Many people but this is one of the most effective post offices I have ever seen. Super quick and staff are very friendly. Average time taken per customer is around 1-2 minutes.

Most people would agree that a visit to their local post office isn’t their idea of a good time but instead a necessity. However Nayem makes the visit a better experience than one would usually expect. He always greets with a warm ‘hello’ and helps sort the postal process quickly.
