Lady behind the counter is very rude. I refuse to let her serve me. She never allows you to use contactless facility on your debit card, if you black and wear a hood your a thief and lies and says contact not working and you must use your physical card.

Secondly anytime I go there to collect a Royal Mail when I give her my driving licence she is discussed and can’t believe I live at the address on the driving licence she thought to e licence was fake as the address was too fancy, local and better housing stock.

I avoid her serving me at all cost….

Lady at the counter has no customer service. Have gone to this post office several times and not even a smile or a nice ‘hello’ comes from her mouth. At least be welcoming towards customers and actually look like you want to do your job.

Take their post office license away. Electricity machine never works, better chance of finding electricity from thin air. Woman at counter USELESS. I’d rather walk an extra 20 minutes to the next post office than go there again.
