Don't know if it's them or the app but such a frustrating experience trying to sort a delivery. Requested in the app to collect here after they 'missed' me (was in, got no card or knock at door). Requested for collection here on the 27th, still they tried to deliver on the 24th (but I didn't get a card again). Then when I come here on the 27th they say it's gone to a post office nearby and I can collect the next day? Why even give the option in the app if it has no bearing on what actually happens. Also there's absolutely no parking which is useless.

If you wanna have a slow delivery headache, incompetent service with a 0 care from the delivery persons go for royal mail.
Never order something that comes on Friday as they do not give a single f or it will be delivered "next working day"
For the people who do delivery of postage and don't like this job i have a good advice for you CHANGE YOUR JOB AND LET OTHER PEOPLE WORK THERE go do uber eats you will be a premium worker with your attitude and lack of care...as they say be your own boss and see what kind of person you are!

Utterly shocking customer service. Drove all the way into Cambridge because Amazon said royal has your parcel and is waiting for pickup.

No parking…

Woman behind the counter wouldn’t lift a finger to help and said “If it’s for retention, I can’t help”

How hard can it be to go get me my parcels.

What a state the Royal Mail is in.

No one can use their initiative anymore.

Terrible service.
Address was right in the package and without attempting delivery they proceed to return to sender. When I came to the office someone send they couldn’t do anything about it like half of the times
