Needed help having a form filled in and due to an unmovable deadline they managed to squeeze me in earlier so extremely thankful for that. Limited opening hours and are very busy so do leave a voicemail as they do call back within a day or so.

Supposed to have face to face appointment.
After clearing snow to get to and digging my car out of snow, I arrived outside CAB office 10 mins early sat and waited until 10am, my app time, then proceeded up snowy steps to find it CLOSED waited another 10 mins just in case delayed with weather. Nope no sign of anyone also phoned to get answer machine.
I would've thought being CAB someone could've phoned me to cancel appointment.
