I received a delivery of 8 boxes of wood flooring in Maidstone today. Unfortunately there was a mix up by the flooring company who sent the wrong product a day too early. This was no fault of the driver Matt who was very patient, polite and helpful. I couldn't ask for more.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I witnessed one of their drivers throw a coffee cup out of the window of their company van while driving down a country lane. Littering like that is unacceptable, especially from a business that should be setting a better example. I can't support a company that doesn't show respect for the environment. I tried to raise this with the company rather than leaving a review, but no response.
