The staff here are an absolute joke. The level of customer service is so poor - the staff are so rude and get annoyed at customers for things that are part of their literal job description! Miserable women - if you hate your job that much, quit!

If I could leave a no star review I would. This post office gives out fake £20’s and when confronted the mature lady got very rude and dismissive. I told her I would report this to the post office head office and she laughed in my face, telling me “report me, I don’t care”. I have used this post office for many years, but never again, not now, not after being spoken to the way she spoke to me in a full shop of customers. I would avoid using this branch if you value your money

I have been dealing with the postoffice quiet a longtime. The professional and well mannered staff deal with care and great courtesy. They smile, deal with a complete customer satisfaction. A freindly attitude makes feel like having a friend with care. My parcels never go missing and almost reach well before time. My salute to them dealing a small item with greatness. Many thanks

after I received a message from my supplier that the parcel had been delivered to this branch and I immediately went to this branch office and wanted to pick up my parcel but I was told that because they are working slowly the parcel could not be delivered yet.
