Just don't!
It's no wonder that burger king is struggling in the fast food market compared to every other chain.
No menu / prices behind the counter like they have everywhere else.
£25 for two people, burger, chips and drink. No service, no condiments / napkins etc. the local wetherspoons averages out £10 cheaper per couple for actual table service! There doesn't seem to be any significant difference between the small and large fries portions (the bags look slightly different but the quantity of fries in each didn't seem to be, see photo). The food quality was average at best and the vanilla milkshake certainly didn't taste of vanilla, just random chemicals 🤢
Literally go ANYWHERE else!

For a new restaurant.. it's absolutely disgusting and the manger needs to give his/her head a wobble. Serious hygiene issues here. No tables were clean, floor was disgusting and you could tell it had been a fee days since anyone attempted a clean (human poo on the floor of the bathroom) food was ok, but considering i was the only customer it was very slow!

£10.49 for a peppercorn burger with no pepper corns or any other topping. Also had to wait for 1/2hr for the privilege, wasn't prepared to wait for another 1/2hr for the toppings.

To be fair, I have ordered Whoppers from here a few times and this doesn't normally happen, I don't think they can cope with busy Friday evenings.

So my last, very thorough review was deleted, not sure why, so this is a repeat.

In basics:
Multiple orders had missing food
I waited 35-40 minutes for my singular burger and fries. Young lad (long hair, gave off a rock vibe) was very good, had great customer management skills.
Younger blonde girl was less helpful and didn't seem very confident, very shy, so gives the question to management as to why she was put on front customer support.

I suspect this is teething problems, however staff had no uniform in the kitchen, just wearing what they want, the app doesn't work etc, so disappointed so far, I will return next time I feel like eating a dry burger and update my review.

15/11/24 Updated Review - Waited 45-50 minutes in drive through for my Luke warm burger and fries. What a joke, went from 3 stars to 1 star.
Crew member left his microphone on for the ordering bay and was just laughing with colleagues, clearly no sense or urgency.

Seriously reccomend anyone I can to stay away from this place, no apologies or anything this time, they've had 2-3 months to sort out issues, yet seems to have gone backwards.

Edit: waited 1 hour 10 in the end, the 45-50 minutes was an estimate : )
Heard a crew member say they don't see click and collects, I waited at the window for 10 minutes whilst they made it.

Brilliant as usual! Ordered from the screens, and it was delivered in 4-5 mins. 2 meals has everything as wanted great amounts and very warm! Not many in there, surprised! Will come back plenty of times!

So good. Finally an actual burger. today was opening day, it was obviously very busy, the staff worked as hard as they could and we visited twice and waited in the drive thru for nearly 30mins and still understand that alot of people mean longer wait times. The food was delicious and well worth the wait both times. Glad we have a burger king finally.

Don't understand all the negative reviews. If you want food instantly go to McDonald's. If you want better quality then prepare to wait 5 minutes longer for food that's 5x better. The staff have been great to me whenever I've gone, especially the line manager. Very polite and great communication. I go here often, always over McDonald's.

Painfully slow spend to much time chatting. Ordered my food then proceeded to wait in the queue for 10 minutes along with 5 other people. The burgers were all on the side but everyone was waiting for chips and drinks. Didn’t even say “sorry for your wait” just gave us it and said nothing.Not to mention the burger was lukewarm
