I had a last minutiae idea for a bespoke gift for my sisters birthday and emailed Louise asking if it was doable. She immediately said yes and helped me pull it off in every way. Her communication over email was brilliant, it meant I could send her my design, prep it for embroidery, I then posted the item being embroidered to Louise. Louise then test stitched it, finalised it and posted it back - keeping me in the loop every step of the way. She goes above and beyond and I had such a great experience working with her to create this gift. Which was beautiful and turned out exactly as I hoped!
Highly recommend her services.

Would rate 10 stars out of 10 if could. Totally forgot to review absolutely ages ago so my apologies, I will never use any were else for embroidery I got a couple of work hoodies done for my partner's business the finished product was and still is faultless so they lasted too because still got them!! And the customer service flawless she was so helpful over the phone before hand full of advice of dos and don'ts as to what you want on the hoodies found her advice very helpful indeed. Thank you so much again ❤️ sorry for the late review

Louise is absolutely fabulous and her work so beautifully detailed. I have had numerous items and each one has been extremely well made and perfectly presented. I have had many things from bumblebee embroidery all have been amazing. The rucksacks I bought 3 years ago still look amazing and are great quality. So far my daughters book bag has been dragged to school and back for 4 years and again still going strong. Quick and efficient service. Have just enquired about further products so will definitely be using again.
