I am shocked at how rude Ethan is. I can see from reviews their products are poor quality. I all i did was ask for better prices and this guy lost his head and was extremely rude and obnoxious. I think he took offence as I got a better quote elsewhere. Very happy to point out how bad his competitors products are, so i learnt a bit, however he was so rude I didn't get round to getting a sample of the product so i could compare whos was better. i wouldnt run my company like this. its a shame as they could of got a nice bit of business from me if they had good manners.

Where to begin...from a customer service perspective they were atrocious. Rude and obnoxious staff who struggle to even communicate minor points. Next the management, I don’t know what prior experience these guys have but it is about as orderly as the annual cheese rolling contest, I’m also sure the guy on the front desk is having an affair. If I could give them fewer stars, I would.
