I sent this company dozens of emails regarding transport of a Table from the UK to Switzerland. Just when I thought I was making progress, the two representatives I was speaking to (Tony and Mike) ceased all communication. This wasted hours of my time and delayed shipping by over a month. Now I have to start from square one.

People like Michelle and the team at Brunel european are phenomenal. Their support, care and knowledge is exactly what the country need to keep us moving. I thought I had a major problem until I spoke to them, their truly unbelievable.

The only way you can pay this company is through wire transfer and they don't have a UPS account. This meant, every time I had to pay them, it cost me $32 from the U.S. and I had to schedule my own UPS pickups from their warehouse. This is not an Amazon FBA / Ecommerce friendly company.

Absolutely disgusting. We used European Road Service. And we ended up on stolen and damaged goods. No responsibilty, ignorance, lack of customer sevice. Please be advised that in case of any damages or stolen goods you would be simply ignored and even blamed by their cutomer service. Please think twice before booking any shipment with them!!!!
