I want to give a big shout out to the new guy Jacob for being amazing! I have seen him a couple of times now and he was super efficient and friendly when I needed to send some documents. There were so many options but he helped me narrow it down to the two most reliable. It was such a great experience. My documents arrived on time. This is the only post office in my area. So I'm happy to say that I've always had a positive experience when being serviced here. I had to send some secure documents to the US Embassy and Shabana really help this experience be smooth and seamless as possible. I feel really confident that my documents will make it there and return on time. I have nothing negative to say about this Post Office.

I went in confused with my documents for a passport application. Stephen was the best. Cool as a cucumber and very knowledgeable. Put me right at ease because he knew exactly what to do and which documents were required (when I didn't). Made me feel assured everything was under control. He wasn't rushed and gave me the time of day.
