Employed Britain's Ltd to do a gas boiler service. The engineer turned up on time, was polite and completed the task leaving the area clean, neat and tidy.
I have used this company many times in the past, they are reliable, conscientious and perform to a high standard. I will continue to recommend and use this company in the future.

Steve was a sub contractor on our new kitchen fit out last year, so when we had a plumbing issue with a bathroom sink I gave him a call. He came quite promptly, replaced a part and left. However, the sink now leaked worse than before, with a large puddle forming on the bathroom floor and rendering the sink impossible to use. I contacted Steve and asked him to return to fix the issue, which he said he would. To date I have had to contact him 6 times and each time he promises a day when he will get here and each time he is a no show, with not even a courtesy call to advise he is not coming/ reschedule. The last promise was a Friday evening and we assumed when it got to 9pm, that once again we were to be disappointed. Again, not even a call/message to let us know. So, we are left with a sink that leaks worse than it did before and having to find a professional, reliable plumber.

We are very pleased with the work carried out by Britain's Limited - they installed a new shower and surround. All of the work was done to a very professional level and all of the people that worked in the house were very nice and a pleasure to meet. Both the plumbing and the other work were carried out expertly and they always cleared up after themselves and worked very hard.

Firstly I want to say we had no issues with our heating, just needed a radiator moved. We used this company because they gave us a good quote and could get a radiator moved quickly for us. After the install we had a leak from the drainage pipe which they came round to try and sort out. One guy came and said it’s because a washer hadn’t been put in so he “fixed it” and left. Another guy came the same night due to a miscommunication but at the time we were glad as it was still leaking. He said it was because it was old and needed replacing which we accepted although slightly confused as we didn’t have issues before. We then noticed that the radiator in the bathroom was leaking and wasn’t getting hot. When I called to report it I was told that they didn’t touch any other radiator however we know this is not true as all the rads were bled when the system was re-filled. Another guy came out and said it wasn’t tightened properly and that’s why we had the leak. He then proceeded to say we would only get charged half labour as he wasn’t there all day. We contested this with the boss and he said again that nobody touch any radiator apart from the one they drained. After a bit of back and forth he said we don’t want to upset new customers we won’t charge you for the call out. We were frustrated as it almost felt like they were implying that we lied and the problem wasn’t something caused by them. I have since come home a day later to a puddle of water in the bathroom where the radiator is still leaking and not working plus the radiator in the front room is now not getting very warm. I have called again and left a voicemail but no call back. We did not receive an apology at any time but instead an offer for a quote to come and replace a valve that was not leaking before, to be replaced. Appalled by the way they’ve handle this situation and we are now having to use another plumbing company to come and look into the leak meaning more money for an issue caused by them. Really disappointed as after the first contact with them we were going to use them again for all our plumbing work.
I don’t recommend anybody to use this company unless they want new issues.
