If I could give this service no stars I would. Text received to say a parcel would be delivered between 9.00am and 1.55pm today 31/1/2025. But here we are 4.55pm and no parcel received yet. That's just not good enough. We always allow and hour to hour and a half for traffic, we understand these things get held up. Appalling service.

The opening hours suggest they are open Thursday afternoon (4-6) and also until 12 on a Saturday. This is NOT the case. They are only open 8-10 (if you're lucky) Monday to Saturday. Please can the hours be amended. Appreciate Royal Mail may be short staffed but it's unbelievably frustrating turning up time and time again to find the delivery office shut.

Update your google opening hours. Royal Mail is the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with and this awful delivery office is up there with the worst alongside Bristol MC that “loses” packages constantly

Nasty rude staff often chain smoking outside. Went to get some grey mail sacks for my business as I had ran out of them and Royal Mail isn’t delivering them despite ordering numerous times. Refused to give me some and were very rude and combative. Andy the manager claims that a sorting office doesn’t have any mail bags. Really?

Needless to say that other sorting offices are nothing like this lot. Always get good service elsewhere with friendly staff more than willing to help and give mail sacks when am out of them.

They don't deliver. This was yesterday "We normally expect to deliver to your address between 7:30am - 7:30pm
Your Item was received by Bristol South East DO on 03-10-2024 and is now due for delivery today." Now due to how their system works, tracking is no longer available and there is nothing you can do for the next 14 days. Even if they know who the delivery driver is and where he is. My package was delivered to Bristol on Wednesday and it's still not delivered. And the office is only open for 2 hours ? That's a complete joke. They should close that facility. Keeping in mind. They "delivered" my router from EE. Which was never delivered. And about a month later and many complaints, I got an email from EE telling me my Router has been returned. And they still cannot explain what happened or take responsibility for it.

The new opening hours are absolutely ridiculous! Most people are working Monday to Friday 8-10am, the only evening opening is Thursday 4-6pm, I turned up today at 4pm to find out it’s closed!! Loads of staff wandering around at the side, surely there is enough staff for just 2 hours of opening!! All this aside I asked over a week ago for my package to get delivered to East St post office as the opening times are much better and it still isn’t there, despite saying it would be there a week ago. Not sure how hard it can be to deliver a package 200 metres down the road!

Useless can't even read their own tech. Organised a redelivery for Friday so tell me why they tried on Thursday luckily family was in and got it but sticker on parcel saying "redelivery for Friday" learn to read

Waiting on medication that failed to reach me, Thursday (today) is the only day of the week that it's open at a time I can get to it, and the man who sorts parcels isn't there. Piss poor service... literally no service at all.

Not really sure what to do at this point
