I’ve been using Brimsdown Post Office for a while now, and I have to say, the service is always excellent! The staff are friendly, efficient, and always happy to help with any postal or banking needs. Whether I’m sending parcels, picking up packages, or dealing with paperwork, they make the process smooth and hassle-free.

The queue moves quickly, and they’re always patient in answering any questions. It’s great to have such a reliable post office in the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch service!

I do not trust small post offices on the whole, but the Brimsdown post office is different. The post master is very knowledgable as well as being friendly and approachable. I am impressed by what they offer appreciate that they know their products enough to advise me on which to select. Thank you Brimsdiwn!

Horrible

I was surprised such a lovely area would have such a horrible post office, everything is either bad or horrible, especially the service, the manager was a rude, inconsiderate, incompetent, undertrained who is just looking for an extra penny to make without any focus on offering any good services to the public, this gives such a bad idea about our glorious Royal Mail service that we all love and adore aside from depending on for our daily lives, i do hope this branch gets dealt with, i prefer walking the extra mile for a good service than be a customer in such a lousy place.

Great staff, respectful, helpful and good customer service. I have a closer post office to me but I still prefer to come to Brimsdown post office every single time. Highly recommended.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional. One lady who works there who also works at another branch who is just downright ignorant. Doesn’t speak at all just stares into your face and so unhelpful. Definitely just going in and out from now no communication needed at all if this is how they treat customers.

EXEMPLARY!! The best post office I have been to so far.

The staff are very polite, professional and courteous to any query. Never had a single problem with them and the service is just simply exceptional every single time.

Sometimes, while waiting I see how they help other customers out with there forms and such and it's very clear to me that they do care about the customers and the community here so I'd like to thank every one of them for the terrific work they put in. Even in hard times during the lockdown the service has always been exceptional and I'll never forget that.
