Having suffered almost constantly with other shipping agents, we thought that Bridgeway Express may offer us a better service,thus decided to give it a try. Prices are competitive, and service is brilliant.
If I ever have a problem they are on it immediately and resolve it super fast.
This is a perfect example of how customer service should be.
And I have worked with them for many years, and this top level service is totally consistent throughout our time with them.
This is even more impressive given that we are a small business and they must have much bigger customers, but we always get the BEST service and are never made to feel small.
I highly recommend them.

Alex Crawley set up our account and is our account manager. He is brilliant, anything we need is just a phone call/email away. He answers all our questions (if we have any) quickly. We also had a demo of the site via screen share, which was excellent. The site is really easy to use and has everything we need to make it quick and easy for us to use.

Bridgeway Express provide an excellent service!
Rates are good but what is outstanding compared with other carries, is being able to contact and speak to a person for help and get advice quickly. When issues arise, whether on price or delivered goods, the Bridgeway team deal with these issues efficiently, following up until a resolution is found. For these reasons have no hesitation recommending this company.
