Being in the market for a new trailer, I looked at every possible option and the same trailer kept coming out on top every time. The quality of build, ease of use, the high specs, Brian James is in a class of its own. I chose the 14ft tri axel, twin rammed tipper with ramps. I needed a trailer that covers multiple uses and this does exactly that, and at its leisure. It takes no longer than 2 minutes to convert it to a flat bed which is perfect for hauling 16 ft loads of timber. Its twin rams give greater stability when tipping large loads. Due to the triple axle, the tyres are never under pressure when loaded and just floats along behind you. You’d hardly know it was there. I bought mine off Barret Trailers in Kilfinane Co Limerick, main dealership for the south of Ireland. Both Willie and Sandra were very professional to deal with , and always at the ready to answer any questions I had about the trailer. Not knocking any other trailer out there , there are good brands , but none will touch Brian James for the sheer quantity. You get what you pay for.

We've had our two trailers from BJT now for about 4 months and it's fair to say that there were some teething troubles.
The main dealer (Newton Trailer Centre in Penrith) have been absolutely outstanding and have helped us resolve these issues.
Additionally, following communications with BJT themselves, we have been offered a very generous contribution towards an upgrade on both trailers from the Company themselves.
One should never judge a business by the mistakes it may make but rather by how they deal with the matter once it has been brought to their attention.
We were already convinced by the towing experience- best trailers I've towed in over 40 years- and now the ownership experience lives up to that high standard.
A sincere 'thank you' to both Newton Trailer Centre and BJT for keeping us out working with the best equipment.
Looking forward to a long and happy working relationship with our dealer and this product

Very unimpressed had my new transporter trailer only few weeks noticed the brake cables have been cable tied out of the factory very poorly an to low so have been dragging on the floor 🫣 all out casing cracked on the cables even on the ones not dragging, also instead of having a two way ram for tilting the trailer like they used to you now have to buy feet for the back of the trailer 🫣

Very poor customer service have had lots of problems with the trailer but please do not buy the electric tilt option as it’s not strong enough and will break and they won’t cover it under warranty

I bought a Race Sport Trailer a little over two years ago. Thought I have bought a quality product, but I have to say I am very disappointed with the quality of this trailer in several aspects.

The cable winch is cheap and bad (one with a nylon rope would be much better imo). LED lights did already fail and aren’t working anymore. Rust on laser cut metal edges and other areas. Sharp metal edges everywhere. And the worst, EVERY seam that is exposed to weather became brittle and moldy! You ever heard of UV resistant silicone with fungicides? After only 2 years the trailer isn’t presentable anymore and leaks will only be a matter of time. The silicone seams of my 30+ year old windows in my house are better looking. With all your experience, you really don’t known better and can't use good products Brian James?

I can not recommend anyone to buy their trailers…

ps: since BJT wanted me to contact them, I did and they only told me my trailer is out of warranty. "quality is one of our core values" "taking it extremely serious" apparently not!

Shows even more how little they care! very sad! so again, think twice before you buy a BJT!
