Site is a bit run down; but I found the staff to be nice and clear in instructions and delivery drivers can use the hot food canteen, which I found to be good and cheap. A meal, pudding and a coffee for £4.50. I’m not complaining about the wait!!

Delivered at 8am this morning 11.7.25. Unfortunately greeted by the boy in the gate house who clearly has a gripe with truck drivers. Told me i had an attitude problem though i only spoke 3 words in replying to his sarcastic question.
A shining example for your first point of contact when delivering for the first time. Sadly not 😠

Trucker first visit.... easy to find...staff friendly...quick tip in 45mins.... Bay 1 interesting with part of the adjacent building roof removed so your mirror fits lol ....and forget getting out the drivers door.

Turn up early for booking by an hour and get moaned at by office staff yet when you turn up on time they still hold you for hours anyway. Absolute jobsworth lot

They take the keys then make drivers sit in a corridor, I then had to reload out of there but around the back. Took keys again then want drivers to sit in a green box with the door missing. Shocking

Long waiting time in a cold and dirty waiting room even if you’re on booking time. Just few pallets to deliver and already over 3 hours waiting. Every time same waiting time
