I'm so glad I didn't consider the bad reviews. My order arrived in 5 working days and I was very pleased with the backpack I got. I highly recommend this shop.

No stars. Poor customer service. They take days, weeks to reply. Inconsistent messages.
Shame as clothing & accessories good. However they must have a big warehouse as returns sent months ago still not processed. Not good enough.

Be careful when buying clothes online. There is no information on the site about the amount of delivery. The DPD company sent me an invoice for the amount of 70€ a few days later and I had to pay it. I wasn't ready for this. I tried to write to the support service, but they answered me a few days later, when my package could already be sent back to the store. Poor organization of support and not enough information on the site.

I tried to order 2 dresses last night. Not a chance. Kept telling password was wrong it wasn’t. Then I tried to re-set it and that wasn’t happening either. £145 lost sale
