They are unprofessional. I made two first class letters. I filled the envelopes as I was told by the lady and she checked before applying stamps and me paying. It turns out not correct, and letters come back to me. Instead of apologies they are telling me with arrogantish look that I have to thank them. For what?

Bracebridge post office open hours are correct on site but here is a reminder
Monday -Friday 8am-6.30pm
Saturday 8am-2.30pm
Sunday 9am-2.30pm
They are not a main post office but will do all they can to help all customers

It’s great that they have extended opening hours for the post office, very convenient for people that work ,well it would be if they didn’t give you an excuse each time. Been here on 3 occasions, the post office is either closed due to a delivery or they are counting the cash. But it’s ok because you can just pop back in an hour later when they feel like serving again.

Wrong hours posted, not open to 1700 on Saturdays as marked on Google maps (apparently only 1400). Business can't be bothered to update their own hours.

From other reviews it looks like they have a 'flexible' approach to their opening times, they might be open, they might not. Good luck!

I work until 6pm, get here to post an urgent parcel at 6:15 and the woman behind the counter says she can't process my parcel as she's logged off the system.... The post office closes at 7pm so I hope she wasn't being paid for the last 45mins, said she couldn't do it due to staff training problems, I certainly hope she's shown how to work a full shift, she also said one other member of staff couldn't do it and her other colleague was on a well earned day off. Absolutely disgrace, genuinely fuming with the level of stubbornness this employee had. Please don't use this place, or atleast within hours of opening and closing because they'll decide to log off divices early
