Do not use. In 30 years of sending and receiving pallets this is the worst service I've had. Took 8 days to collect a pallet booked for next day delivery. Its now Thursday and I'm waiting for a delivery that should have been Monday morning. Absolutely shocking. It's also worth noting the positive reviews here are from their staff members on the :meet the team' website page. Shame there's not a minus stars option

These were subcontracted to deliver a pallet of items on a specific day. They didn't deliver, we waited in all day losing a day of work (two people as it was going to take both of us to unload the pallet safely). No phone call. We chased via the original firm and Box Logistics told them they definitely would deliver later that day. So we cancelled our evening plans to stay in later. They still didn't turn up and didn't call. So we chased (via the original supplier) and were told they were going to come any time from mid afternoon today. We asked them to get the driver to call or text us with an hour's notice so my partner could come home to help unload as we could not afford to lose another full day's work each. They didn't phone and turned up in the morning unexpectedly. No apology, no explanation. The driver was nice enough but he just blamed the people at the office for not passing on the message (maybe true, maybe not). Seeing these other reviews I see this is a pattern of behaviour by this firm. Disappointing. It takes so little extra effort to keep customers informed of delays or deliveries and to apologise for what can be a huge inconvenience and even financial loss for customers. Almost every other company seems to manage it.

Would give no stars if I could!

We have dealt with logistics companies since 2003 and never have we come across such an unprofessional depot.

They lie about where the pallets are when they haven’t even been loaded onto a van! Telling you the driver is five minutes away when they know it’s still at the depot.

They pretend that they have booked in deliveries when they haven’t even called the end customer.

Avoid at all costs absolute shambles of a logistics company!

Missing garden furniture!! It was due to be delivered 5 days ago on Monday, but I received a call from Box logistics to say their van had broken down and could we rearrange. I confirmed they could deliver on Tues instead but only in the afternoon, which they assured me was fine.
No delivery arrived on Tuesday, no phone call or email to say otherwise. I phoned first thing Wednesday morning to be told by a lady that it had been delivered and they had my signature. When I advised I hadn’t received it nor signed for it, she didn’t seem to believe me and advised she’d look into it and call me. We were away for a couple of days and I haven’t heard from the company. It’s now Friday and I’m trying call and no one is picking up!

I had a pallet to be delivered, didn’t get an email to say the time or anything. My husband wasn’t home, so I asked the driver to put it in my back garden for me, as I’m pregnant, he refuse. I asked him to put it on the driveway for me, his response was no I cannot, curbside drop off only, report me to my company if you want, is that the way to speak to someone. Now it was left on The road side between two cars, and my husband won’t be home until midnight. Now what am I suppose to do. The item weighs over 100lb. How am I 8 months pregnant is suppose to lift this thing. Very unsatisfying, no customer service.

Next day delivery was pushed back every 4 hours for a couple of days... It cost me a fortune to have the guys on site waiting for it. We had to go to other jobs in the end, I asked the courier several times for an hour's notice, they turn up without any notice and said that they would either leave 3k worth of goods on the road or take it away and suggested we booked another next day delivery.... I had to beg them to stay there another 15min to get someone to site, I was given an ultimatum - 10min, after which they said they would leave... Amazing customer service!

I live near this company, they work out of agreed working hours and do not stick to their agreed working guidelines. They are noisy and inconsiderate of the local residents.. The council are now looking into the working practices of the above company due to the many complaints the council has received.
I also work for a company that has had deliveries from them.. pallets are either ringing wet or damaged. Most of the pallets are left outside the warehouse during the night, as can be seen from the road and houses across the field next door .. Terrible company...

They were subcontracted to deliver my flooring however they faked a signature and delivered it in 1 minute flat apparently. (18 boxes of wood flooring)
It never arrived, and I had to fight my case with the flooring company to prove I didn't receive it!

Why bother running a delivery service if you can't even deliver the goods.... It's very unprofessional to fake deliveries.
