Lovely place, but the parking system they have is atrocious. I won't go here again solely because of its parking operator - it's that bad.
It says the first hour is free but if you go a minute over what you paid for, you will receive a £60 fine and threats that if you don't pay, they will collect the money another way.

Visited botley mills and accidentally entered the number plate for my van instead of my car on the app. When appealing the £80 fine they accepted the evidence showed my genuine mistake, Yet I still must pay £80. Disappointing behaviour, nothing short of extortion. I’d urge the land owners to find a new parking enforcement company with better ethics. As it has put me and my family off returning

Fed by the River Itchen, flour mills have existed in Botley for over a 1,000 years. The mill Seen today, built circa 1770 and additionally in 1922, makes a fine place to explore. Within its buildings there are shops, a restaurant and other businesses. Botley Mills stands today as a major Grade II listed landmark in the historic village of Botley. There is free car parking for up to 2 hours too.
