I would not use this firm. I wanted a short ride for me and my 2 dogs. I called 2 weeks in advance to check they could take dogs. They said “Yes” but that they couldn’t book it that early and to call a couple of days beforehand. I did this but was then told they would not be able to pick us up until 11.30 that morning owing to other bookings. This was too late for me. When I said that I had tried to book 2 weeks earlier but to wait until 2 days before, I was told “There’s nothing we can do because we are booked.” No apology. They couldn’t care less. Very annoying

Kenneth was a great driver and very reliable. The car is okay and prices were reasonable. It was disappointing that the next day the driver that took over wouldn't take 4 passengers

Superb. We got BosCars twice during our stay in Boscastle. Both times were great, highly recommend. Especially during covid, our driver had the clear screen between himself and the back seats so no complaints there.
