It is incredible how long it takes for prescriptions to be prepared here... often over a week after the doctor has sent the order through... even when marked urgent.

Always opens late. Never closes late. And closed for an hour (and the rest) at lunchtime when people can take a break from work to go to the chemist. When open staff all stand chatting behind the counter ignoring waiting customers without even so much as an acknowledgement.

Clearly insufficient staff for the volume of work and why not stagger staff break times to avoid completely closing.

The staff always look harassed too which is testament to them clearly being understaffed. So Boots... pull your finger out and put more people into this branch.

Left my dad at the point of tears whilst he was trying to get antibiotics for my mum after sending him back and forth to the GP several times to only have the prescription and then tell him they have the medication to then tell him they haven’t! Two days my mum will be without antibiotics which is a critical medication!

Rang to say on way to collect an order 10 mins later get there closed for lunch . Customer service would have at least said closing for lunch for an hour !. Really poor I don’t know any boots that closes for lunch so would have never known this

Took a poorly child to see pharmacy. Child needed the loo as toilet training. Staff wouldn't let her use their facilities so she wet herself. How upsetting is that! Sometimes common sense should come before silly rules. Ridiculous!

This place needs to sort its self out! 2 hours i waited to collect my husbands perscription after waitin 3 weeks. Went in twice and they said will be ready and it wasnt yet again and to top it off his medication he had gone 3 weeks without was out of stock they never even told me so waited 2 hrs for some of his medication. Noticed everyone coming in been told prescriptions ready and they wasnt even done or checked really needs sorting as been happening a while now. I really felt for the lady serving on saturday she only goes there once a fortnight but she did her best regardless more staff needed but dont think that will happen but something needs doing people cant wait 3 weeks for medication unfortunately
