Staff are nice
Very slow to tip. Been here 3 hours so far.
Waiting room has the most uncomfortable chairs.
No vending machines in the waiting room just a water machine.
Come on Bookers don’t forget that most of us drivers have other work to do.

Plenty of space to move about, only get drop'n'drive here so can't tell you of any tip times, staff in the office are all OK, drivers room looks a bit like a Dr's waiting room!

Straight in straight out no problem other than no one told me the shunter has to take the red airline lock off lol, different sites different rules and all that

On bay within 15min of arrival, which was 45min early. 2 an half hrs before given red light, 45min to tip. 3rd party companies do have other jobs to complete, not that this depot worry about time!!!!

Over 3 hours to load after a booking time... The staff is a bit ignorant but sometimes nice.

A member of the staff (lorry driver) stole a family member's phone at a service station and we tracked it all the way here. Security didn't let us do anything stating the staff are all honest and police didn't care about this. When the phone is found, I'll leave another review. Edit: they did find the phone and rang us. It smashed on the floor. No one cared or was accountable.
