Excellent service and communication from enquiry direct I had offer within 24hrs and start date within 48hrs. Brian Sommers in particular very professional matching my experience to the role. No problem with admin always 💯 cannot fault this agency.

The only agency that didn't bother to ask if I need a shift after I registered (with driver shortage - impressive). When I called regarding some shifts from FB I was promised to get call back literally 3 times. I doubt I will work with them ever at all, they just don't seem to care.

My experience with the Glasgow branch of Bluestones has been great. The agency work with them led to me being offered the opportunity of a permanent role with the organisation I was 'temping' for. Brian was always helpful and answered any questions / provided information i requested speedily and the agency as a whole gave great service.

Did a few shifts via this agency for DHL/Argos. Communication wasn't very good overall, actually lost shifts due to errors whilst main contact was on leave. Lost some semi-regular work after querying bank-holiday rate a few times with agency contact, never getting an answer and taking a shift elsewhere for double time.
All in all, a disappointing experience.

By far the worst agency I have worked with. Promise you the world then offer you nothing, withhold pay is the biggest problem and also wrong pay several times as-well!
