Had to cancel 2 appointments due to a death in the family then the funeral. we have there contractor on cctv apologising for our loss,the office then tells my housing provider we wouldn’t let them in ? No reason nothing absolute cowboys when they do attend there’s always a new issue with the boiler when they leave. Now our shower is like a boiling kettle on the lowest setting we have radiators randomly turn on and this is after a service

They suddenly decided not to do biomass despite being my main service company. No warning. Any responsible company would have at least honoured an old customer and said in future we won't be able to do it. Also what with biomass being a part of the package of solutions to tackle global warming (eg. Finland has 1/3 of its energy from wood) I'd have expected larger companies to move towards supporting net zero alternatives not away from them.

Coastline tenant called Blue flame 9.30am no kitchen light and hot water had packed up. They were there at 10am new kitchen light and hot water sorted.

Called them after moving house to a property they have serviced for 10+ years. Heating and hot water problem and engineer had no clue. Called his ‘mate’ who also had no clue. In the 90 minutes made no material difference to the system, misidentified numerous components and claimed the boiler needed a new PCB without touching it. Local plumber called, one check valve replaced and now unlimited hot water, one £10 sensor on boiler replaced and we have heating.

I asked afterwards what the engineers actually did, as it seemed nothing. I would have thought he could have told me at the time. Finally I get a document confirming his many incorrect conclusions, confirmed by the other company who had already fixed it by then (incidentally for a very similar price to this pointless call out)

If you want a misdiagnosis and your time wasted, call this bunch.

What can I say? They should turn up on a horse with a six shooter. Cowboys. First experience was with a light fitting... they let a apprentice loose and he damaged the wall.....I had to fix it myself in the end.....

2nd experience....came to check the boiler and turned all the hot water off......

3rd experience and this is the best......needed a light switch connected as the original builders didn't do it......they rewired it and it now turns my bathroom on an off and turns my outside light into a indicator. Just flashes on and off. The worst electrical engineers known to man.

I recently used Blue Flame and they where great. I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name but Chris and another lady came around and inspected our house, and then Lee and Solomon came later to rectify all the items. They went above and beyond for me and I’m really happy I used them. Thanks.

Our old oil boiler stopped working in January, we called a number of businesses to quote. Blue Flame came out the next day and I received the detailed quote within 2 hours.

Upon giving them the go ahead we were booked in for 3 weeks time. With us expecting our second child any time this was urgent work for us. I received a call a week early saying they had a cancellation and could fit us in sooner.

The work took 2.5 days in total, the guys were always on time, professional and courteous. The quality of their work is outstanding and their customer service is second to none.

I can not rate Blue Flame high enough. Thank you so much for all the great work.
