Excellent place to spend a few days at Fort Williams. The view is amazing. Individual rooms with attached bathroom is a great amenity. The kitchen is small but sufficient. Sam was an excellent host - always communicating and welcoming. Can’t ask for more.

Immaculate and spacious rooms - we had a lovely welcome from Huw as soon as we arrived. |Great view from our room ‘Nessy’ of the loch and quick walk to town to a great home brewery/pizza bar. |We stayed to start our three peak in three day challenge.|Highly recommend.

This place was perfect for my dad and I traveling around! Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, and private bathroom. Host was extremely nice and welcoming and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Would definitely return again! On-site parking was an added bonus.

Very much enjoyed our time at Black Sheep Bunkhouse!

We had two rooms (Nessy and Lochy). Nessy had a really lovely view whilst Lochy had no view but a great shower and bathroom. Both rooms were simply but nicely decorated and exceptionally clean.

The shared kitchen was a big bonus for us and as we had sunny weather we used the outdoor terrace for our meals!

There is also a drying room which would have been great had the weather not been good.

Just a 10 minute walk to the town centre too!

Friendly, efficient staff.
Very clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms with a beautiful view overlooking the loch.
Complimentary tea and coffee were a nice addition in the kitchen.
Although it was a slightly steep walk up from the end of the WHW, the quality of the establishment was well worth those 15 minutes

What a great bunkhouse! The rooms are spotless, with regular cleaning and fresh towels provided. Thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, tea, and milk make the stay even more enjoyable. The check-in process is very straightforward. The shower is good. The bunkhouse is in a perfect location, with beautiful views.

We had a lovely, yet short, stay at Black Sheep Bunkhouse. We chose this bunkhouse for a reasonably priced room near Ben Nevis. Upon arriving, I wished we booked for two nights because the facilities were so comfortable.

Check in was easy! We were greeted by the friendly owner and given a quick tour. They have a mudroom, kitchen and small common area. All of these spaces were so clean, nicely decorated and included signage where needed. Our room had two comfy twin beds, bathroom with a big towel warmer, and a thoughtful guide to the bunkhouse and surrounding area.

We had a car (designated parking was available) but it seems this spot works well for those using public transportation. Will keep in mind for a future trip.

Good quality accommodation less than 10min walk from Fort William centre. Super comfy beds and a plug near the mirror - always a plus point!
