After visiting the oadby post office to renew my driving license this morning and being told the tablet wasn't working and they couldn't help me at all, as it would be the same for all the local post offices, I visited the Blaby one. What a breath of fresh air, the staff, all of them were extremely friendly, helpful and very professional. Their tablet also played up a little, but they rebooted it, and it worked. Would definitely recommend visiting the shop. Fantastic all round.

All staff came across as very rude. It took ages to get served and when I finally did it was at a completely different till, I watched two people be spoken to rudely including a lady who just needed help posting a package abroad. I only wanted to pay in cash which took less than a minute, why was the wait so long?

On two occasions recently female staff members have been rude and unhelpful in the Post Office and seem to think it is ok to waste your time when they should be serving. If you can avoid using the place do so, the service is dreadful.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I tried 3 other Post Offices to convert my car to Historic and each said they didn’t do it although they tax cars so do. Blaby sorted without even a thought in 5 min. Thankyou

Excellent service both times I've been in there recently. The lady that served me knew everything about foreign exchange and also about retaxing the car on a different category to the way it was. Made it all very easy.

The worst post office ever, un organised post staff un trained, confusing, time wasting, not helpful and really stressed me out unlike the others I go. If your going abroad and need euros do not use them . The only person I could see that was nice and doing a good job and being helpful was the woman in the thorntons department so well done to her for helping .
