They still owe me £200 as i had to buy a replacement window nearly 2 years ago. Dont use these cowboys. They called me to remove the review and I said i will remove it when you refund the money yoi owe me. Avoid these clowns

I got a window picked up from Turkey and used BKM Transport. They charged me £800 to Transport the window from Turkey to Scotland. The employed a 3rd party and the 3rd party dropped the window. They said that the insurance is not paying out because it was 35kg. I am £1400 out of pocket and they are refusing to reimburse my money. I am now forced to take legal action against BKM.

Beware of these uninsured cowboys.
