Excellent information and customer service. Worthwhile information and covered all bases with travel information. They accept evri parcels too which is a bonus as most places I have been to drop off have had issues with their scanners and printers, not here, worked straight away and a proper receipt is given 🤗

I always have a good experience at this post office! All staff members are really good at what they do, sometimes when it’s busy they may not be as chatty (understandably), but they will always take the time to explain things simply if you need them to. I’ll always try here first when dropping off an Evri parcel too, they do make sure you leave with all the receipts and proof of posting you need.

Digital renewal of my passport was carried out by the staff without any problem efficiently within a few minutes.

It's nice to see as for many years I would avoid this post office due to the surly & unhelpful attitude of the counter staff.

The new owners have obviously changed the ethos of the business.

Big improvements made recently on the customer service side under the new management. The Asian gentlemen working in the post office brought back the kind of manners and politeness that were missing for a long time. Much faster service too! Well done and keep it up!👍🏻

I went in early on a Saturday morning to renew my driving licence the chap behind the counter was exceptionally rude and unhelpful and treated me as though I was an idiot I have had a reply from this post office who say they advised that I did not meet certain criteria for this renewal but refused to explain why what arrogance will never go back here I subsequently went to the forum post office who were by sharp contrast exceptionally kind and helpful an explained the criteria and went out of their way to help me renew my driving licence so they by contrast recieved five stars for their exceptional customer service

Absolutely amazing staff. I have noticed a drastic difference in the attitude of the staff. I guess there has been a change of management or ownership.... Whatever it may be... God bless those souls. They are super helpful and patient. I sense a positive vibe whenever I visit. Guys, please keep up the good work!
