I was an international student at Keele who needed somewhere to store my belongings on a very short notice last summer. Staff were so helpful and advised on which unit size I would require.

I finally moved my belongings out of storage yesterday to be transported by a moving company to Norwich, and Bigfoot Storage ensured that the move was smooth and that none of my belongings were left behind! They are also very responsive to emails.

Storage units. What can you say about it? My wife had some stuff in storage here for 5 years. When we went back, it was all still there. Which was actually a bit of a shame as I had to get rid of it all then.

I needed a unit at very short notice, but wasn’t sure what size I’d need for the contents of my house move, or how long I’d need it for. The guys here were very helpful and easy to deal with. They advised a unit size, and said I could switch if it didn’t work, but it turned out to be perfect. I’d definitely use them again if the need arises.

My name is Graham Klein and this is the first time I've ever used a storage facility. I chose Bigfoot because it is so conveniently placed AND from my first contact to my last, the Staff were so good.
I thought I was their best biggest customer from their greetings and help at all times. It was a pleasure to use this place, it's so clean and well run and again I must, no do willingly praise the Staff.
