An absolutely seamless and pleasant experience. Tim was brilliant and put me at ease with ensuring I got the right unit. I initially picked a smaller unit and I could instantly tell it would be too small. He then showed me a unit one size up and it was perfect. He was extremely personable and had such a great energy.
I was having my items shipped over from the states and he allowed the movers to deliver it directly to the unit whilst he processed the account for me. We were working at the same time, so there was no waiting around from either parties. They are extremely efficient. DJ Phoebe was playing some nice music which we were all singing along to. Just a wonderful experience overall. I highly recommend, and ask for Tim and Phoebe who will really look after you.

Tim was incredibly helpful before my move and during. He showed me different storage spaces to ensure I had enough space for my things and even supported me when I was having issues with the moving van. He ensured the process went smoothly and was happy to answer my queries and concerns. I would 100% recommend Big Yellow in Sutton and 100% recommend asking for Tim’s help.

You can bring your own padlock but the lock requires to meet the minimum thickness.
