I don't think it could be any better. The paperwork side is a bit monotonous and long winded but I guess it's for security. Staff A * cleanliness perfect ease of use A* , security A*, overall 10/10

So I finished working through the items that I had placed in storage and came to the end of my agreement. Throughout every step of the way Sam and Michelle have been fabulous. Kind and friendly they both not only remember your name but previous conversations. Thoroughly professional and at the same time explain everything in a way that makes it so easy to follow. I cannot recommend them enough if you have anything to store - downsizing storage rooms could not have been easier. To Sam and Michelle - than you so very much for all your help - you're awesome 🙂

Check in was quick and the staff explained everything well, showed me to the room and gave me all of the necessary information. Place was clean and seemed very secure. Trolleys of various sizes were available for use to move the boxes into the room. All good.
Seems expensive to me having never used storage before, but needs must!
