Fantastic Big Yellow Self Storage office! I’ve been using their units for almost a year now and the service I’ve received so far has been excellent.

The units are well placed, reasonably priced. I’ve been able to access to the units until 11pm, which has been very useful, as I live and work in London.

The staff are all always very professional and friendly. I’d like to give a speak thanks to the manager, Ernest, who has always been really helpful, professional and supportive with all queries from my family and I. Also, thanks to Alex who has been helpful too!

I’d highly recommend using this Self Storage company if you’re looking to store stuff in the Bedfordshire region. I’ve recommend this branch to a few friends and they’ve also found it really good!

The most frustrating check in ever! We don't mind people asking questions, but then they don't want to.accept the answer and start arguing with us! Asking us to list every item for a 125sp.ft storage when we are in the middle of moving a house and garage and haven't even fully decided what we are storing and what not. We felt very unwelcome here and will be moving to a different storage as soon as we have the time.
