The staff Courtney and Karl at their Bracknell office were extremely helpful. They explained the process very easily and even made me a tea whilst I filled out the forms. I then locked myself out my car and they let me wait inside the facility to keep warm as the lock smith came. 10/10 service!

Amazing service. Barnaby was exceptional in terms of customer care. Everything was so organised. The storage facility was perfect for my needs. The level of professionalism was outstanding. Moving house can be stressful but Big Yellow Bracknell really did make the process stress free. Your belongings are safe in their hands. Highly recommend!

Karl, Courtney and Barney are the most helpful FOH staff I have ever come across. Had a joke and a laugh.
I know I am only renting a room, but they made it easy and matched another storage companies rates, without too much of a struggle, which I appreciate.

Courtney has been fantastic, there was a number of storage places we'd toyed with but the customer service she provided was so good that we decided to go with Big Yellow.

Call prior to booking anything to answer my questions, guided tour and a run through of everything... Absolutely blown away by the service, especially when you think you're just getting a small overpriced room, but in actual fact you're getting value for money and a great customer experience!

I hope Sr management see this and give her the recognition she deserves!!

I have ordered a XL box online and collected from Bracknell branch this morning, the receptionist who is very friendly (forgotten to ask his name but as per the receipt I think he called Barnaby)

the whole experience is very pleasant.
He did show me different size of boxes so I can compare and choose the one suitable for me

Very impressed with the reception, friendliness and welcome on my first visit to use big yellow storage. The team could not have been more helpful, clearly explaining everything that we needed to know, options available and ensured we fully understood the safety aspect of entry and exit. Facilities are very good.
