Well where do I start...
Kevin, Annalize and all of the team at Big Padlock, Ayr are amazing 👏
From the minute we made contact with them until now, almost a year later (was only supposed to be a couple of months 🤣) the service has been outstanding.
They are so friendly, helpful and do everything they can to accommodate you.
We had an unpleasant dealing with another storage place and the Big Padlock came to our rescue, making a very stressful situation less so, and provided the solution.
We have recommended them to several people and rightly so.
The facilities are clean, easily accessible, and the team will help you work out exactly what you need, if you don't already know.
The prices are competitive but for me, the service they provide exceeds all of their competitors and we'd definitely recommend them.

Big Padlock were amazing. They helped me out with emergency storage when a tenant hadn’t cleared out all their belongings by the day of exchange and completion. They also advised on a reputable removal company who arrived within the hour! Sale of property saved!

I am extremely grateful to the Big Padlock for their kindness in helping me after my house was involved in a gas explosion. Giving me free storage for a month for the belongings I was able to retrieve from the house meant a great deal to me. I highly recommend this company for their efficiency and professionalism .

Really great storage place. I have now emptied mine which was a 50sqm space. I was able to for beds, bed bases(duvan), large cupboards, drawers, washing machine and a few other bits and pieces like i had around 15 large storage boxes too. So plenty of space for a lot for the 50 one. I oaid around 91pounds a month, which was 80odd for storage and 10 for insurance. This was more than I initially thought it would be but found it well worth it and i really needed storage due to two houses needing emptied so larger items were stored here. The staff are great and helpful. Always remember to close the roller door down after been in as this will cause you issues. That is explained but I arrived a few times and saw it open so I always closed it down. This will be explained to you when you hire.

Not exactly a place to go for a day out but if you want to store valuable's away from home I totally recommend them, I was very surprised at the cost of space for a year, of your storing a car this is cheaper than any lock up.
