Kelly from the Goods in Office was very friendly and helpful. Bays from 13 and up are good for polishing your reversing skills 🙂 That's the bay 11 you are looking at on the video.

Been here few times tipping is reasonably quik what takes time is checking each n every box the lady at office is very accommodating if you do come in past your booking time so Big Up to her but 3 stars for checking load time

Ignored for 17mins at the booking in desk. Not even an acknowledgement I was there. Guy behind the glass was more concerned about passing a test on his terminal and then, dealt with the other waiting drivers that had already been tipped then, too my utter dismay started another test!!! 'Arrogance' doesn't come close.

Luckily for my sanity somebody else stepped in to deal with "your goods" I am bringing to you. Maybe ask him next time to do a test on 'customer service' clearly an area that needs developing!! Although could I suggest away from waiting drivers, on a different desk!!!

Easy to find. As with most Bidfood sites it’s on the small side for hgv’s. Goods in is straight ahead as you pull in to yard. Pull over on the right then go to goods in. They’ll tell you which bay to go on. Screw it round where you are then reverse onto your bay. Beware. Guide rails are tight, and if your bay is higher than 11 watch the cab on the high kerb to your front. In and out in just over 30 mins(3 pallets).

Show up 10 mins before booking time. 20 mins later on a bay. Then an hour wait for them to gather the strength to take my 1 pallet off. Completely useless if I ever have to go again it'll be too soon

Absolutely joke there for 3 + 1/2 hours
The most disorganised place I have ever delivered to that's in 40 years of delivering and I've delivered to some rubbish places.
When I arrived they were talking the office and the supervisor said if anyone turns up late today let me know !!!!!! No wonder drivers arrive late to deliveries when place's like Bidfood SLOUGH take way over 3 hrs to receive a dozen pallets. Absolute bunch of clowns.
Hopefully a manager will see this post and sort the goods onwards out. Employ people who want to work and not find ways of not working.
To sum up the place is beyond words how on earth they manage to get delivery s out if my experience is anything to go by. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
