Tried to contact this company as I am an existing client. I have a possible claim but want to discuss this with a human being or at least somebody from this company. Given that I paid a premium of nearly 4k last August , I would expect a better service than this! I rang at 16.55 today and it rang for 5 mins and then cut me off. I then rang at 17.05 and it rang off again after 5 more minutes. The office hours are until 17.15. I emailed their address and it came back as - this delivery failed. If you are looking for a quick response and client relationship - DO NOT USE!

Dificulty getting through on phone auto transferred to another department twice. Did eventually speak to someone who didn’t seem very interested. Eventually bought insurance from a company called policybee from a google search and have to say their customer service skills have been the best I’ve dealt with for a number of years.
