Rubbish service at all
Did parcel in feb/March still waiting and when you call you will get this time and that time and when you call after giving time they will give another time very bad and poor service no form of respect nothing.
Call at bharuch office they both guys started shouting on me(customer) really very bad service.and boss said that we doing business for last 30 years don't teach me.good luch mate

I have been going to this business for sometime now and they do not dissapoint. Their customer service is astonishing and would rate it 10 if there was an option. Their prices are competitive, my parcels are always delivered on time they make me and my mother who is also a regular customer now and other family members feel welcome and give every service with a smile. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for civilised down to earth prices where you dont have to dig deeper in to your pockets than necessary and who give a humble customer service. I have been to a few cargo shops in the area and on the same road and they just want your money or their service is just ridiculous. DDP Cargo is great and the only thing I have to say about them is that they would be great if they delivered more internationally as my other family member's would go to them too.

But all my stuff arrive within 3 weeks of sending not always 2.
Please check with them prior to going prices and bulky items sent double prices...
