On the way down Portland Slalem (Verne) it would appear my tyre hit some nails which I didn’t realise at the time until Wyke, when I felt vibrations under my tush. It seems I left parts of my tyre across the causeway. Luckily Rob came to my rescue but so did someone else. Colin from Bee Cars put his taxi behind us to shield Rob on the ground then he helped put my spare on. Colin, you were a wonderful gentleman who
wouldn’t even take a tip as a thank you so, this is my thank you. 🙏

DO NOT book any trips with this firm! They will put your driver onto another job at your desired pickup time. Even if you've booked days prior or hours prior, you will have no slot set in stone, the drivers always show up 20+ mins late and they will not compensate for their mistakes either! Terrible company!

Useless completely useless company.
The taxi driver didn't turn up when I called they said it's on its way but he wasn't,later I phoned they said he left because no one turned up. And second one was despatched apparently coming in 3 mins but turn up after 15 mins,by that time thanks got another taxi from another company came for us

Unfortunately not reliable. I booked days in advance and offerred to pay extra to have my taxi guaranteed. I checked the day before and was given assurances. On the day, the taxi was late and the operator was offhand and condescending as if I should know that a taxi can't be guaranteed. Only because the owner at the hotel seemed to know someone at the taxi firm did I finally get a taxi. On the plus side, the driver was delightful but I am completely put off by the operator.

I was messed about by the office staff after pre-booking a taxi then having it arrive 40 minutes late due to an administrative error, which made us late to our meal. But the driver was brilliant, very apologetic and just a top bloke. Which helped ease our frustrations a lot.

In summary:
I got ripped off and was made to pay twice for a cab ride. I have called to complain twice and was told that I'll be refunded, but I have still not received any refunds over 3 weeks later. I will be avoiding this company in the future and I'll tell everyone I know to avoid it too.

On 29th of December 2021, I took a cab ride and paid for it with my debit card. The driver told me that the transaction didn't go through, so I paid with cash instead. When I went home, I checked my bank account, and lo and behold, the transaction did go through after all. So I paid £9.60 with my card, as well as with cash.
I called the company immediately and complained that they made me pay for the ride twice. I gave them my card details and was assured that I'd get my refund within the next 1-2 weeks. This was on 29/12/2021. By 11/01/2022, the refund had still not come through, so I called again to complain. I was assured that this time, they'll put the refund through. It is now 23/01/2022, and still no refund, so I have run out of patience now.

Called for a taxi 3/4 hour before a nearby appointment and told that because we had a dog we would have to wait for a 'special car with a special driver' and it would be with us in ten minutes. Told after two more calls that the the taxi would indeed be with us within ten minutes. Why not just tell the truth and say we do not take dogs? Still no show so we then cancelled having missed our dogs vet appointment. Our dog has been travelling in cars all 15 years of her life and she has NEVER once made any mess. What a shame that our usual taxis (Weyline) were very busy as we have never had any trouble taking our dog with them. Thank you Beecars for your awful service, unbelievable excuses and for a missed appointment. Lesson learned, book in advance with Weyline and never use this excuse for a taxi company again!
