Terrible customer service. Queued for 30 minutes to pay a cheque in to RBS to be told by Hannah ( sipping a Red Bull wearing a Hoodrich hoodie ,very professional) that the Post office doesn’t have RBS banking. I showed her the Post office website which shows I can deposit a RBS cheque to be told the websites not correct I’d sack her …. Useless

Terrible service. I wanted to send a letter and had to queue for an hour. When I got to the window I asked for an envelope, but the woman told me that they didn't have any envelopes on sale and sent me to look for an envelope. When I found one, bought one and came back I had to queue again. I was standing in a queue with the same woman and I saw a guy coming up to her and asking her if she could give him an envelope. And she calmly pulls out this envelope from somewhere and gives it to him. I was just shocked. I don't understand that kind of behaviour. I hope that woman enjoyed what I went through. It's a shame there are people like her among us.

The hours listed are incorrect and misleading. The shop is open until 9 PM, but the post office closes at 5:30 PM and is not open on Sundays, according to the lady who works there.

for the past week my package has been held hostage as after five attempts to collect it i’ve been met with the post office closing early due to staffing issues or claiming that the “correct man” isn’t available to open the door to where the collections are kept as the current situation stands i’m simply not getting my parcel for the foreseeable future

As others have said, this post office is not open as advertised, nor is the parcel service that is part of the Morrisons.

The franchisee is clearly short staffing the Morrisons for their own profit and the post office service suffers as a result.

Today they stopped service at 8pm and I got the impression that this is a regular occurrence.

Most of the time I've gone in the post office is closed when it should be open. Pointless being the only post office in town.
