People are really nice and cheerful ! 18/wheeler delivery it’s really tough to back in that tight dock ! Looks like Only one dock is working! Unloading is quick about an hour real fast ! They don’t care about apt if they not busy

Very hard to back up on dock. Off side back. So tight that you damage truck. Not good for highway truck and trailer. I don't understand how it is designed for delivery.

ALWAYS COMPARE BANK STATEMENTS TO INVOICES!

They have overcharged me several times.

Usually less than a dollar (but that's the gimmick) however that's irrelevant it's the principal, I did not authorize them to charge any more than the amount on my invoice and what they said to me on the phone.

If they do that with every client throughout a whole year they're making thousands off of overcharging people who probably don't pay attention or care because it's less than a dollar.

That is considered stealing!

Then they tried to make me feel Petty on the phone for asking for the refund.

Also they are overcharging people for shipping which they do on the back end.

I live in Lakeland and I get my products from Tampa and they charged me over $53 for shipping.

I'm now using a company in Illinois and they're only charging me just a little less than $38 bucks.

Directions to dock. West Osbourne Ave, turn South on North Hubert Ave, turn left on North Thatcher Ave. Sight side back only. Very tight u-turn.
