Outstanding service, my repair was quickly completed at a very reasonable cost. All the staff I dealt with were very knowledgeable and friendly. A refreshing change from the usual large chains who seem to just want to sell you a replacement.

Once again BCS have exceeded all my expectations! Over a number of years they have built two PC systems for me that have suited my needs perfectly. Problems with family laptops have always been quickly and expertly dealt with. When I have issues that challenge my limited computer skills they provide the advice or practical help that I need - all dealt with in a friendly, helpful and efficient way by the nice lady in reception and then the technicians on duty. Had a laptop with extensive water damage, (I already knew that) and they charged me £25 to open it up and tell me that. The ‘Engineer’ told me it wasn’t the sort of thing he could do. I have took the laptop to a competitor since and they were happy to take a look at no cost (no corporate signed agreement needed) and were able to fix the issue. You won’t get any free advice or anything here. Don’t waste your time here, avoid!

Extremely professional and very helpful but not pushy at all. Really good after sales and they know what they are talking about. They also offer 1-2-1 computer teach at very reasonable price at your suggestion on what you need to learn, hence why I always buy my equipment there.
