This is a email to tell you how I’m absolutely disgusted with your service.
A parcel was delivered today , well I wouldn’t say delivered more dropped at the curb .
The delivery driver with his lifting equipment e.g pump truck because the package was over 25kg the manual handling weight . Dropped the package off.
He then watched my 65yr old mother drag the pallet off the street to the door . Because in his words we don’t go on the drive . Whislt dragging it in front off my young children he laughed because the box snapped and she nearly fell over.
I have evidence and will be sending it the papers .

All he had to do was , using his lifting equipment was to take it the door . But no let a women struggle and watch and take enjoyment out of it .
Unacceptable behaviour.
This is not a delivery service .
