A very handy, newly refurbished post office. Useful when I get tips in foreign currency from.work. I can just walk in and exchange them up til 6pm most days. Welcoming and very lovely ladies behind the counter. A pleasure to visit this spacious and dedicated post office.

I've been to this post office twice. Each time when I saw the service I want, "standard`', they have both times automatically tried to charge me the most expensive option possible. This past time, they charged me £16.80 for an international item that never costs more than £10. When I questioned it, they made me out to be the bad guy for doing so. When I got home and checked the service online, it states £8-£15. This post office is just a scam site.

The most useless royal mail service I’ve ever seen - the brown dude was on phone all the time and doesn’t know how to process pre-paid label, and even call people useless! Should fire the staff and get someone who’s more trained and polished.The service is a joke and never bothered using them!

£8.50 plus 1.50 for an envelope for a first class signed for letter when it's clearly stated £5.50 on the post office website. Day light robbery, please avoid this place, over charging customers.
