Ordered an item as it was end of life and not orderable through my usual channels. Stock shown as 2+ on their website. Waited 2 weeks for delivery. Had to phone them to chase the order only to find out that the order would not be fulfilled due to the item being end of life and they in fact did not have any stock.

Why I wasn't notified that the order would not be fulfilled?

Why does the website show stock levels of items they do not have and cannot source?

Why I wasn't automatically refunded?

Extremely poor level of customer service.
