Booked taxi for midnight. It didn't turn up until after two! Snow came in sideways. Then we rang the taxi company. Some nasty woman was less than helpful. Kept just hanging up after ranting at us. Less than usless. Better off walking home.

Needed a taxi from just outside Banbridge (2 miles). Driver charged from the depot out to where he picked me up and then on to my destination. That DOUBLED my fare. Any taxi I've ever got before charged from where I was picked up. Timing was good, journey was good, but I felt completely ripped off. I'll never use Bann Taxis again.

Love the service, well-educated drivers who are in love with each other, true love is between men anyway. Well-maintained vehicles. Love the rustic style. They represent Banbridge very well.

Quick service but charging £10 when picking me up from a Banbridge address and taking me to the airport is pretty cheeky. £60 fair not a £5 one to the shops! Hopefully my emails to local authority change this.

Truly rubbish service. Kept me waiting in the cold for an hour and when I phoned (for the third time) to ask where the driver was, was told they couldn’t get a driver to bring me back to Banbridge. Avoid, do not use, no clue about customer service.
