Ordered a skip 2 weeks before, didn't turn up on the day & when I called they said it was the next drop, promised me it would be delivered by 9AM the following day & did not turn up again as driver didn't turn up for work and was put onto another driver, when I called 6 hours later they said the lorry had broken down & would not turn up until tomorrow so did not even bother letting me know. It is just constant excuses. Would definetely not recommend them for anything

Absolutely shocking service, received the skip on time so thought great but trying to get the skip exchanged has been a nightmare! Supposed to come Monday but didn't turn up, called them to be told it would come the next day but low and behold it didn't come, we are now on day 4 and still being given poor excuses and still no skip! Only used them as our usual company was too busy but actually we would have been better off waiting for them!
Wouldn't use again and definitely wouldn't recommend!

4 week in advance booking for an important weekend works, I placed a call at mid day on the date of delivery to confirm and told yes all booked and the skip fails to be delivered. No phone calls received to tell me. I made a call on the Saturday to be fobbed off with a truck went off the road at 3pm. More like the drive just finished for the day. No skip till Monday. From now on I will be finding a more reliable service else where.

4 Yard Skip was meant to be picked up weeks ago. I only needed it for a day (they insisted a week was minimum) but now it’s been sat on my driveway for three weeks leaving me with poor garden access and no parking.

Failure to collect twice in a row. No communication from them at all. Having to call them only to arrange collection and they still don’t show up.

The skip they delivered was full of large holes at the bottom. Meaning there’s a good chance when they finally do collect it my driveway will be covered in soil.

Added bonus, they also damaged my fence on delivery.

Shocking service.

Update: Damaged tarmac from loaded Skip sitting there so long uncollected. Of course Bakers Waste Accepts no responsibility for damaging property.

Most un recommended, have been dealing with this company for nearly 18 months, the services has got gradually worse, how quickly can a driver get out of the yard with out emptying a bin. How quickly can they send an invoice for a service not done. Unable to understand instructions and keep to their said collection times. If you find another collection service do so.

Bakers Waste were fantastic, particularly Lewis. I made contact via LinkedIn for a quote, which was really convenient & got a rapid response over the Easter weekend. The skip arrived first thing on the Tuesday morning, with the delivery driver going out of his way to complete the delivery without disturbing us, even though we'd left items in his way unintentionally. The company were flexible over the collection date and communication throughout the hire period was second to none. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Bakers Waste for excellent customer service and value for money. Thank you for making this so easy!!

Unfortunately, in the 8 months I have used the services from this company, I received only 3 weeks of prompt service. No calls were returned to the numerous calls I made regarding other issues I also had with their service. I was offered a lockable bin as a gesture of goodwill for the service (or lack of) I had received and then they charged me and the bin did not lock!! When I called to query this, my calls were never returned ! I would avoid this company and pay little extra for a service that one would expect

An absolute poor company, having worked in trasport for as long as i can say this place offers a poor service to customers.
Ordered and paid for a skip to be delivered on Thursday, no call to say it wouldnt arrive until the Friday. The deal was for them to come and take it the following Tuesday and guess what never came. We have rang,emailed and went to Boston road to sort and now its Saturday and we still have it on my drive. They have promised each day that it would be taken, going to charge them storage, quick to take my payment. I would never reccomend them, and only gave them a star as cant take it off.
