Fantastic service, and so friendly.
We accidentally booked through a company who outsource the baggage transfers for the first half of our West Highland Way adventure, lucky for us it was Baggage Freedom they outsourced to.
Our bags always arrived well before we did, and in perfect condition. The B&Bs we stayed at all rated them very highly too.
Will definitely be booking direct with them when we do the second half next year!

Just completed the WHW over 6 days using these guys including the transfer back to Milngavie. Perfect service, great staff and got me back quickly so I could get an earlier train - bonus! Bag always where it should have been & in perfect condition. Highly recommended - there's always a choice but why bother - Baggage Freedom are excellent.

Baggage Freedom were wonderful!
Their service was not only efficient but also really pleasant. Our bag always arrived early, usually one of the first, which made things so much easier after a long day of walking.
We had to change the drop-off point during the route, and they handled it smoothly without any issues.
They also brought our extra bag straight to our hotel on the last day, which saved us a trip to the central storage.

I booked transport for 7 days for my West Highland Way hike. My luggage was delivered to the requested location every day. Dropping off at the train station in Milngavie was seamless. And canceling my return trip from Fort William wasn't a problem either—my plans had changed on the spur of the moment, too. The refund was issued very quickly. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have just walked the West Highland Way. Two of the bigger companies would not transfer our bags to one of our B&Bs because it was 'not on their list'. Baggage Freedom would, so we booked with them. The deliveries all went to plan. Great service all round from Baggage Freedom, and they do a discount for current and ex military. 5 star recommendation from us. Thank you Gregg and Colin for all your help.

Couldn’t have been happier with Baggage Freedom! I sadly had to stop walking after day 2 and my accommodation was in an area without any public transport. Gregg was able to take me to my next accommodation at the same time as my bag! Very professional and we can contact him very easily if we have any issues or adjustments to make. I would 100% recommend his services to anyone doing the West Highland Way and I will definitely book again next time I do it!
