I have never worked at this company but all I can say speaking to the manager on the phone he is a nasty man as they are always looking for staff , so I am lucky I never got the job as I been in my carrant job for 3 years now so at the end off the day it's up to you to decide to take the job

Recovered a truck to this company.it was late .the forklift driver was so helpful found me a nice space to park vehicle..its so good there are nice helpful people still around .

Totally lazy. Couldn’t be bothered to reverse though a 15ft gate and so left a pallet blocking a drive. Shame on you. LAZY!!! DON’T USE

My husband was driving with myself and our 2 children in the car down the M2 last month. The general traffic was travelling about an average of about 50mph because there was a bit of congestion. I noticed a lorry was extremely close to the back of our car. It was very dangerous and completely unnecessary. They were driving close to the back of our car for about 5 minutes. We couldn’t go any faster because of traffic in front of us. The driver could have caused a serious accident. I emailed the company the same day and enclosed a photo but haven’t heard anything back. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

Customer service absolutely shocking to say the least, they were given clear instructions for delivery, not to send a big 18 tonne truck as it wouldn't fit down the roads where we live and to send the smallest truck, they didn't listen no call from driver until I chased the company from the office, the staff were rude and lied and told me they had sent a small van, upon speaking to another chap in the office he said he had sent and 18 tonne and wasn't going to force the driver to deliver my items, so when I informed him there were notes to say to send a 9 tonne van he looked and said we'll you will have to wait until tomorrow now, so my husband called them and spoke to a lady in the office she assured us that we would get a call back which we didn't, and we called the company who we purchased our goods off they spoke to them and assured them we would have our delivery next day in the am, and the driver would help to bring the large items in, so we waited and waited the next am no delivery so I called them being transferred to different people each one ruder than the last, to be told he is on a break and will deliver when he is ready so an hour or so, this is now 2pm, so 230 arrives and the driver turns up what a lovely chap he was extremely helpful and very new to the company a different driver than the previous day, but soo helpful, was told by the company under no certain terms make it the last delivery of the day and do NOT help them with the item, from the drivers mouth, so although the office staff are rude and shocking the driver on the other hand was fab, that's y I have a 3 star I wish I could give the driver a 5 and office 1 but no option for that so my stars are for the driver x

State of the art operation but very reasonably priced. No problem taking my small pallet to Cornwall. Helpful staff at the depot too.
